What is included

Sales invoices and quotes, purchase bills, a chart of accounts set up for Australian businesses, manual journals, and reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and aged receivables and payables. Each trading name keeps its own records, and one login can switch between them.

GST and BAS

GST is tracked on every invoice and bill line using the GST codes Australian businesses expect. The BAS report pulls the totals for the period and lets you check the source transactions behind each figure. Prepared in One Click. Electronic lodgement coming soon.

Bank feeds and import

Import bank statements, match them to invoices and bills, and create rules for transactions that repeat. Bank reconciliation shows what is matched and what still needs attention, so month end does not become a hunt through spreadsheets.

Invoicing that connects to the rest of the business

Invoices can be raised from orders and linked to the customer record in CRM. Payments update the invoice status, and overdue reminders can be sent from your own business email address.

Reports

Reports run on the same data as the rest of the suite, so sales by customer, sales by product and stock value line up with the ledger. Export any report to CSV for your accountant.
